During the Covid-19 pandemic a leading UK grocer used our advertising services to raise awareness of their NHS Loyalty Card.

Over the course of 15 months, NHS staff were provided with direct access to the online registration process and were immediately able to take advantage of the benefits on offer – chiefly 10% savings on both in-store & online purchases and free-of-charge home delivery.

During a stressful and emotionally charged period NHS staff were delighted to be recognised, rewarded, and valued. Moreover, the opportunity to save money on grocery costs is a significant ongoing benefit during the current cost of living crisis. Promoting to the NHS allowed this client to benefit from the positive PR of being a flagship supporter of NHS workers.

Over 70,000 NHS staff from the Fendix population took up the opportunity to find out more and register for the loyalty card.
